The thing about chronic anxiety is that it is involuntary and strikes at any point. Mine decided the last few weeks would be the time to play out – the net result? A complete stop to working on my second income business. That’s a bit shitty because I’ve only just started and need as much momentum as I can, not a grinding stop.
Racking my brain for something to keep the momentum going I realised that during the times I am ok I can do some reading and some learning. Sit back, read, relax, panic, rinse and repeat.
The Six Figure Mentors site has tons of tutorials and resources, some of which relate to mindfulness (which, coincidentally can help anxiety), so I’ll start there. If you know any good reads, let me know!
